Art. 1 Scope
These terms govern use of DENTAL e-CONSENT (the "Service") provided by AI-SNS.IO.
Art. 2 Fees
Fees are as listed on the pricing page (plan, overage, add-ons, setup). Mid-month plan changes are prorated.
Art. 3 Clinic responsibilities
Clinics are responsible for document content, patient explanations, identity-check operations and staff accounts. AI receptionist answers are based on clinic-provided information and are not medical diagnoses.
Art. 4 Data return
On cancellation clinics can export all documents and audit trails. Data is deleted 90 days after cancellation unless retention is legally required.
Art. 5 Prohibited use
Illegal use, impersonation, unauthorised access and excessive load are prohibited.
Art. 6 Disclaimer
We are not liable for outages of third-party services except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
