FAQ
Are e-signatures legally valid?
Yes. Under Japanese law a contract is valid when the signer's intent can be shown. We record SMS code + date-of-birth identity checks, a full audit trail and a SHA-256 tamper seal. See our e-signature law page.
Do patients need an app?
No. Patients open the SMS/email link and sign in their phone browser. In-clinic tablet signing is also supported.
Where is data stored?
Production is designed for Japanese regions (AWS Tokyo + Osaka). Patient data and signed originals are encrypted with per-clinic keys.
What can the AI receptionist do?
It answers questions from your clinic knowledge base, books / reschedules / cancels appointments by chat or phone, escalates emergencies to staff, and speaks Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean.
Can we use our existing forms?
Yes. Import from Word/text and turn them into templates with merge fields. Initial setup service is included in the setup fee.
